All Makes offers several versions of a Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA)

 

Digital Dictation Software Support Call Rates and Available Service Maintenance Agreements

All Makes Office Machine Company (AMOMC) technicians are factory trained and certified by the manufacturer. Our techs need to participate in at least two continuing education courses per year related to your digital dictation system to maintain certification. In order to receive the highest outcome and best experience utilizing professional digital dictation technology the manufacturer highly recommends AMOMC perform the installation and training for you by our expert staff.

 

Standard Billing Rates (Option A)

  • Remote Installation or Re-installation of software = $150.00 per station (Excluding Dragon)
  • Make remote changes or reconfiguration to the users software = $75.00 per 1/2 hour (Minimum charge)
  • Plus $75.00 per 1/2 hour or any part thereof after that

Includes Tech Support for 90 Days (Option A)

COVERED

  • Software updates for all software that AMOMC has installed
  • Firmware updates for all hardware purchased from AMOMC
  • Determination of why the software doesn't operate as prescribed
    –*if our fault, we will fix, **if not our fault, we will charge (see Standard Billing Rates above)
  • All Support questions about the operation of the hardware and software up to the point where we give instruction about how to setup, configure or reconfigure the software

NOT COVERED

**Chart of reasons "Not our fault"

  • New software installed by the customer that interferes with our software, such as but not limited to, new operating system (OS), antivirus software, anti-malware software, any software that stops, blocks, interferes with, obstructs, impedes, interrupts, causes abnormal termination or causes the software to cease normal operation
  • Changes made to the customers server that causes our software to stop normal operation, such as but not limited to, permission changes, changes to users login account, renaming the server or changing the server
  • Changes made to the customers hardware that require the software to be reinstalled, such as but not limited to, hard drive failure or new computer
  • Changes made to the software by the user that causes the software to stop normal operation
  • Customer re-installation of software where we need to perform a reconfiguration to have the software work as it did before


We also offer the following Annual SMA Rate options:

Option B = Includes everything above and one re-installation per PC:

SMA-B-3 = $287.50 per year up to three licensed PCs (Plus $95.00 per Dragon License if applicable)

SMA-B-7 = $575.00 per year up to seven licensed PCs (Plus $95.00 per Dragon License if applicable)

SMA-B-12 = $862.50 per year up to twelve licensed PCs (Plus $95.00 per Dragon License if applicable)

SMA-B-20 = $1,150.00 per year up to twenty PCs (Plus $95.00 per Dragon License if applicable)

SMA-B-20 OVER = $1,537.00 per year Over twenty PCs Plus $95.00 per Dragon License if applicable

Option C = Includes everything above plus UNLIMITED re-installations & UNLIMITED Tech Support.

SMA-C-3 = $387.50 per year up to three licensed PCs (Plus $95.00 per Dragon License if applicable)

SMA-C-7 = $775.00 per year up to seven licensed PCs (Plus $95.00 per Dragon License if applicable)

• SMA-C-12 = $1,150.50 per year up to twelve licensed PCs (Plus $95.00 per Dragon License if applicable)

SMA-C-20 = $1,526.00 per year up to twenty PCs (Plus $95.00 per Dragon License if applicable)

SMA-C-20 OVER = $1,913.00 per year Over twenty PCs (Plus $95.00 per Dragon License if applicable)

     **Option C is especially useful if converting to new equipment or a new operating system.

 

• Option “A” Standard Billing Rates

  • Remote Installation or Re-installation of software = $150.00 per station (Excluding Dragon)
  • Make remote changes or reconfiguration to the users software = $75.00 per 1/2 hour (Minimum charge)
  • Plus $75.00 per 1/2 hour or any part thereof after that.

 

Annual service contracts may be terminated by either party by giving two weeks written notice in advance of the ending date. Payment by customer is due for the notice period, whether or not the services listed above were actually used. The provider, All Makes, may terminate this contract without giving any notice if the customer fails to comply with the contract terms including but not limited to timely payment of fees. Failure by the provider to enforce one or more terms of the contract does not waive the right of the provider to enforce any other terms of the contract. If the contract is terminated during the effective dates, a prorated refund will be provided, e.g., within the first two weeks and provided no service was actually performed then 100% will be refunded. If within the first 30 days and provided no service was actually performed then 50% will be refunded. And finally, if within the first 60 days and provided no service was actually performed then 25% will be refunded. After that the refund period will be expired and any cancellation or termination of the agreement will result in a 0% refund.

Per PC Install Explained

Tele-Web installation & training on new digital system; 90 day All Makes Office Machine Co. (AMOMC) warranty. Re-installs due to new PCs added or additional users by the customer to your practice are always considered new installations and charged the same fee as a T-Web Support call. AMOMC is available to assist during normal business hours considered 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (PST) Monday-Friday excluding standard holidays. On-Site assistance if needed is at the discretion of AMOMC and an additional on-site fee may be charged unless otherwise agreed. Services requested and agreed to by the customer and AMOMC after standard business hours will be performed at 1.5 additional, 2.5 weekends and 3.5 our normal rate on holidays.
